GABA
Amino Acid
In the central nervous system, GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. It is synthesized in the brain by the decarboxylation of glutamate. GABA exerts anticonvulsant, sedative, and anxiolytic effects at the cellular level.
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.

L-Methionine
Amino Acid
Methionine is metabolised in the body to produce SAMe. SAMe plays a role in the regulation of neurotransmitters in the brain. SAMe increases serotonin turnover, and increases dopamine and norepinephrine levels.

St. John's Wort
Herbal
As an antidepressant, St. John’s wort (specifically hypericin) has been shown to inhibit enzymes (catechol-O-methyltransferase and monoamine oxidase) which degrades certain neurotransmitters such as dopamine. It has also been shown to inhibit serotonin re-uptake in the brain, and to reduce expression of interleukin-6 and gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) uptake. Each of these actions can contribute to alleviating depression by slowing the recycling of neurotransmitters needed for maintaining emotional balance. St. John's wort appears to be helpful in about 50-60% of cases of mild to moderate depression – but as with prescription antidepressants, the full effect takes about 4-6 weeks to develop. It is important to note that St. John's wort should never be used for the treatment of severe depression (feelings of suicide, extreme inability to cope with daily life, severe anxiety, or extreme fatigue).
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, with meals. If you are taking antidepressants, avoid using St. John's Wort. If you suffer from Bipolar disorder, avoid using St. John's Wort. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product. This product may increase your sensitivity to sunlight.

Vitamin B Complex
Nutritional
The term “B-complex” simply refers to a mixture or combination of the 8 essential B vitamins (Thiamin/B1, Riboflavin/B2, Niacin/B3, Pyridoxine/B6, Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin/B12, Biotin). Most of the B-vitamins play a critical role as cofactors in cellular energy metabolism. Cofactors can be thought of as “helper nutrients” that assist chemical reactions. Lack of any of the B vitamins can cause fatigue and lethargy – which is why B-complex supplements are often promoted as “energy boosters” and “stress formulas.”
Take 1 tablet, with breakfast

Salmon Oil
Essential fatty acid
Salmon oil provides high levels of EPA and DHA. DHA is essential for neuronal function. It is a component of neurotransmitters in the brain and keeps the nerve cell structure healthy.
Take 1 softgel 3 times a day, with meals. If you are using blood thinning medication, avoid using this product.
