L-Tyrosine
Amino Acid
Tyrosine is a precursor for the synthesis of catecholamines, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine. Tyrosine is classified as a large neutral amino acid (LNAA) and is transported across the blood brain barrier by the LNAA transporter. Tyrosine competes with other LNAAs, such as tryptophan, to get into the brain. There is interest in tyrosine for preventing the negative effects related to stress. Some scientists think that the brain may not be able to synthesize enough tyrosine from phenylalanine under stressful conditions. Catecholamines like epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine that are synthesized from tyrosine can become depleted during stress. There is speculation that increasing the availability of tyrosine to the brain allows increased catecholamine synthesis, and avoidance of the negative effects of stress.

GABA
Amino Acid
In the central nervous system, GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. It is synthesized in the brain by the decarboxylation of glutamate. GABA exerts anticonvulsant, sedative, and anxiolytic effects at the cellular level.
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.

Valerian
Herbal
As a mild tranquilizer and sleep aid, valerian may be an effective herb for dealing with temporary feelings of anxiety, nervousness or insomnia. The effects of valerian are generally quite mild when compared to prescription products and synthetic OTC products and generally do not result in “morning after hangover” effects experienced with certain sleep aids.
Take 1 capsule every morning, with breakfast. If you are taking sedatives, use valerian with caution. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.

Vitamin B Complex
Nutritional
The term “B-complex” simply refers to a mixture or combination of the 8 essential B vitamins (Thiamin/B1, Riboflavin/B2, Niacin/B3, Pyridoxine/B6, Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin/B12, Biotin). Most of the B-vitamins play a critical role as cofactors in cellular energy metabolism. Cofactors can be thought of as “helper nutrients” that assist chemical reactions. Lack of any of the B vitamins can cause fatigue and lethargy – which is why B-complex supplements are often promoted as “energy boosters” and “stress formulas.”
Take 1 tablet, with breakfast
